Gluten free blini/crepes! (recipe below)

Recipe:

1/2 cup (150-170g) of gluten free flour

400 ml of water

2 eggs

stevia- 2 packs or sugar-1 tbs

vanilla extract

1 tsp of oil

baking soda 1/5 tbs slaked with lemon juice

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl, heat the pan, cook the crepe on one side until liquid evaporates. When it’s all bubbles – flip it over!

Enjoy with a favorite jam, honey or sour cream
